Welcome to Carlton Day Nursery and Pre-School
Carlton Day Nursery is an established, independently owned, day care provider offering full and part-time sessions, 51 weeks of the year, for children aged three months to five years.
Set in a converted Edwardian house within the rural village of Lightwater, we pride ourselves on a home from home environment with children feeling encouraged to flourish as individuals in a warm and friendly setting.
We operate under the new EYFS curriculum throughout the nursery and offer Early Years Free Entitlement for our Pre-school children aged 3 and 4. We have access from every room to well resourced gardens. We also have a specially designed undercover classroom, allowing children to have outside play in all weather conditions.
This unique setting provides an environment which enhances the childrens learning. We are an independent nursery, therefore appreciate the freedom for our staff to adapt the setting in order to cater for individual needs.
